I like a design, but want it made in a different color?
Although it may not always be possible, Contact
us to try requesting the color
you want. If it is possible, we will email a picture of the new
stone color. If you decide you do not like it, you will
not be obligated to buy. If you do, we will ship it out upon the
receipt of your payment.
Do you do custom orders?
Custom Orders are available upon request. Most items on our site
can be altered to a different stone, size, or precious metal. A $25
custom order fee is added to the cost of the item and the actual
price may vary depending on the adjustment made (for example, changing
Sterling Silver to Goldfill may increase the price). Contact
us with your order request. Be sure to include the code number
of the item you wish to customize and what changes you wish to be
made. We will send you a price quote for the cost of the customized
item. You can then confirm whether you want the item made and send
payment. If you desire several copies of the same item (for bridesmaids,
etc), please contact us to determine whether or not the item you
desire is available in quantity. Please note that custom orders may
take up to 4 weeks.
Where can I learn more about the semi-precious stones used?
Rebecka
Boyd uses natural stones which most often contain variations in size,
shape, cut and color. Therefore, each piece becomes unique and individual
and may look slightly different than pictured on the website.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date in its original unused condition (including attached tags). Contact
us for the reason of the return, then mail your item to the address
below. Be sure your item is well-packed and insured. Returns that arrive after 14 days will be for a credit only. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. All SALE items are considered final sale and are not returnable. We are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured.
Can I exchange an item?Top
We accept unused ready-made merchandise purchased online or at a
show for exchange within 14 days of purchase date. Contact
us and let us know what size or item you would like instead.
Then, mail your item to the address below. Be sure your item is well-packed
and insured. Upon receipt, we will mail your order in the new
size or style.
What if my jewelry piece breaks?
If the item arrives damaged or breaks during the first 30 days, we
will repair it free of charge (you pay only for shipping the item
to us). Contact
us with the problem. Then, mail your item to the address below.
Be sure your item is well-packed and insured.
If you want to return an item for repair after 30 days, a nominal
fee will be charged for shipping and materials (to be determined
by the designer upon inspection of problem).
How should I care for my jewelry?
All jewelry that you receive will come in an air tight zip lock bag.
To keep your jewelry from tarnishing, keep it in this bag and store
it in a dark place (drawer or jewelry box) while you are not wearing
it. You may use a jewelry cloth to polish. To get to those tricky,
hard to reach places, put a SMALL amount of white toothpaste onto
an old tooth brush and lightly brush. Jewelry will sparkle and shine! Please DO NOT use solvents, harsh chemicals, or sonicators. Put on your jewelry last to avoid exposure to hair-styling products and the alcohol in perfume which will often damage not only the metal, but the gems as well.

Is my credit card transaction secure?
Absolutely. We are a PayPal Verified site, which means that we have

Can I pay for my order by check?
Yes, if you prefer to write a check, you may do so for the amount
listed on the product page (plus 5% sales tax if you are a Virginia
resident) and mail payment to the address below. Please e-mail us
the order, do not use the shopping cart. Items will be shipped after
the check clears or payment is received. Be sure to include
instructions on which item you'd like to order, the preferred length,
color, etc., your mailing address, email address
and phone number.
How do I know if I have to pay sales tax?
Rebecka Boyd Jewelry Design is located in Virginia. Only Virginia
residents are required to pay the 5% sales tax on items bought through
this website. Residents of states other than Virginia are exempt
from paying any sales tax.
How will my order arrive?
Once an order is placed through PayPal, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail to the address you provided to Paypal with the status
of your order. We take care in packaging our jewelry. Each
piece is protected within a clear resealable bag. Packages
are sent and insured through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to
our customers and should arrive within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment
based on current availability.
What are my shipping options? We ship our jewelry
via U.S. Postal Service Priority, unless otherwise specified by email
prior to placing an order. UPS ground, UPS Worldwide Express and
Fed Ex are also available. If you are interested in one of these
options, please contact

What are your wholesale order terms? Wholesale orders can be placed online or by calling 804-440-4056. To place an order online, first click here to log in. Orders take from 2 to 8 weeks to deliver. Payment on all wholesale orders are expected at the time the order is placed. Please note that a minimum of $350 is required for all wholesale orders, and a federal tax ID is required to open a wholesale account.
